I have been researching more and more about Buddhism. Today I came across meditation. I'm not a big reader so I skimmed, but I got a lot of valuable information. Meditation eases your mind and enables you to connect with your fundamental goodness (Rinpoche). Hopefully this works...even though the end of the year is approaching this means finals are too and I need to study.
I challenge YOU to join me and mediate before finals. Comment if it works!
